Media Parents invites you to join Steph + Olly from S+O Media and Rowan Bray's ClearCut team for late summer drinks

S+O is a founder-led, boutique camera rentals and crewing company based in Ladbroke Grove, West London. The company is one of a handful of independent rental houses left in London.

With over 20 years of experience in the Broadcast industry, Steph and Olly lead an extensive community of talented crew, (many who trained with them originally in-house), while stocking a broad range of camera, lenses, lighting and grip equipment to cater for every kind of production. Their passion for finding new talent and working with the next generation of content providers ensures they are fully equipped to deal with the demands of the digital age while continuing to service the best of British Broadcasting.

Steph, as an independent filmmaker, and Olly, working as a DoP, continue to be passionate about the industry, and believe that ethical and sustainable working practices remain vital components of what they do.  Committed to London Living Wage for trainees, and an affiliate of Albert, S+O continue to nurture fully rounded crew and technicians who practice meticulous attention to detail to achieve the highest Production value. When working on their own independent projects they rely on their senior team (some of the most experienced in the business), to manage day to day operations.  Craft, collaboration and community remain at the heart of everything S+O do.
