If I had worked in film I would have been granted it as there is a "skills shortage" but they don't have funding for TV. Make up artists. Look carefully at the detail as their rules are ridged. Now as I don't have film on my CV within the last two years a choice I made for family life, I will halve to wait to see if the chance of a bursary comes up for me to complete my course in my field.
